With over 40 years experience, Edwin K. Niles has gained the respect of his fellow lawyers and his clients.  In fact, he has been awarded an AV rating; the highest rating accorded a lawyer by his peers.

By the same token, he has the respect of the Judges in Los Angeles County Court, as evidenced by the fact that he has been appointed as Settlement Officer by the Los Angeles Superior Courts in both personal injury and probate matters.

In his 40 plus years of experience, Edwin K. Niles has seen the law from all perspectives.  He has worked as an injury defense attorney, which has allowed him to see injury cases from different angles.  He has served as Judge Pro Tem (a temporary judge), which has allowed him to view other attorneys in action.

Edwin K. Niles has written over 50 articles, including "Probate Administration Guidelines", "How to Get to First Base in Probate Court", and "Probate Administration Timeline".

In addition to his dedication to the law, Edwin K. Niles is active in a number of civic and service organizations.  He has served as President of the Los Angeles Downtown Optimist Club, an organization dedicated to youth services, and has served as President of the Ferrari Owners Club.

Mr. Niles attended Southwestern University, one of the Southern California's leading law schools, graduating third in his class.
